Things I did good this week

1. I stuck to my workout routine

2. I made healthier choices and ate smaller portions

Setting aside time for me

It seems that between scheduling activities for my son, and work and things that need to get done around the house I leave “myself” out.I’ve decided to make some changes. I’m working myself into the schedule. Every week I will now have Exercise time built into our family Schedule, time I can take for me without feeling guilty that I’m “taking away” from something or someone else. I’m also going to be scheduling special treats every month (Pedicures, and manicures).I can’t wait to behold a happier healthier me. 

Things to look forward to after l lose weight:

1. Going on Thrill rides

2. Getting my diving license

3. Waterparks

4. Doing everything with my son

5. Going to Maui

6. Starting my business

7. Plane rides

8. Wearing my Wedding dress for my husband again
